Yeah me!!

okay, enen though I totally went off the whole diet for the entire week, I have good new to report. I went to the cardiologist on Thursday (a week ago) and she took me off the medicine that we figured out basically shut down my entire metabolism. I had gained about 17 pounds in the last 4 months without a diet change and I was actually working out more. Not good. I was also non functional as far as exhaustion went and was getting migraines every other day. Well I have been off meds now for a week and have lost 8 pounds! And not dieting. woo hoo!! Rollerblading is going okay. I'm up to about 15 minutes and have managed not to kill myself yet so I consider that good. I'm taking the weekend off so Monday I'll be back full force and maybe go 20 minutes. We'll see. Meanwhile tomorrow is knitting day and I have a bunch of stuff to finish before Christmas including making my butt a tad bit smaller. Halloween sucked btw. Really people two words: quality chocolate!! No name toffee crap and hard candy with no name on the wrapper is not going to get me through the winter PMS phases. Skinny bitches need to be taught everything!!
