Okay, I know it's been a while. I've been super busy. I've started a new business (check it out here). I've been dieting off and on for the last couple of months. I managed to stay about the same weight even though I haven't been really dieting. I weighed in this morning at 201. Any day I'm under 200 is a good day in my book so believe me with all the crap I've eaten lately, I can't believe I don't weigh 250.
I did add something new to my little regimen that I love. Jazzercise!! If you have one in your area, I highly suggest it. I was going 3 times a week until about 4 weeks ago when me, a puddle of water and my stove got into a little argument and I lost and ended up with a dislocated ankle. So please believe me when I say I really should weigh a ton right now. Since I couldn't exercise, what's the use of dieting right? But since my ankle is all better now, I'll be back to jazzercise tomorrow. I want to go 5 days a week. I think that will help me drop pounds a lot faster.
My friend from high school came into town this weekend with her daughter to visit and I have to give her kudos because she looks great. She has lost 30 pounds on Jenny Craig. She also walks on a treadmill everyday. We are about the same size now and she is coming back in June. We have promised each other we will be considerably smaller by then. We went shopping all weekend and left a lot of stores vowing, "in a couple of months".
Any way I'm definitely going to be posting more and I'm going to try to get her to start a blog too that I'll link here mostly just for us to track each others progress.
After all, two fat bitches have got to be better than one.
